HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI is a package that was designed to help users validate their HP PC functionality by providing them with a series of relevant utilities. However, this toolkit only works for a certain range of HP products and operating systems.
Provides your HP PC with UEFI based hardware diagnostics, which can help you confirm whether your system is functioning accordingly or not
What's new in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI 6.0.2.0:
This package offers users UEFI based hardware diagnostics modules for the models included in the supported list. Also, it is possible that users can perform firmware updates for various devices on the system, as well as manage or update the BIOS directly through the package.
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI needs to be launched from either a FAT or a FAT32 partition that is named “HP_TOOLS”. As an alternative, users can install and run it from a USB flash drive, which the installer automatically renames to “HP_TOOLS”. If the required partition is not found on your system, during the setup process users are prompted to create it directly from the installer.
However, caution is advised when handling the partition, since it is not protected and might be quickly deleted. More so, trying to back up might not yield the expected feedback every time. Therefore, it is recommended not to store additional data on the “HP_TOOLS” partition, since it can be rendered inaccessible or unusable.

Hey as I have posted many issues on my computer recently, I have a few more that I just remembered.
1. In the Windows 10 BIOS HP Diagnostics check for the Battery Check: Primary it displays Weak (30) with FAILURE ID: RTQFHW-87H946-GXGK7F-C0BW03 I have been having issues with the battery dying quickly since the last time I had the computer repaired and the computer is now 1 year old the battery is only a few months old. I had to get my battery replaced once when I first got this computer due to the battery dying quickly they ended up saying it wasn't the manufactured battery that was supposed to be in it so they replaced it the battery after I got it back was perfect but after the 16th repair, it dies quickly and I get this failure when checking it.
2. In the same HP Diagnostics check for the Hard Drive, it shows,
Hp Pc Hardware Diagnostics
Hard Drive SMART Check: PASSED
Hard Drive Short DST Check: FAILED
FAILURE ID: RTQFHW-88J946-GXGK7F-60TM03
which I remember going to the diagnostics the exact day I got the computer home from repairs and checking the hard drive in which it always failed with this same ID I just haven't been able to get it repaired again cause warranty was up the day I got it back.
3. Sometimes when I go to shut down my computer (properly) with the shutdown button I get an exception dialog which has an error code in it but I don't have what it is right now (when I see it again I'll try to post more info on it) but after it auto shuts down the computer like normal but then I go to turn on the computer and receive a BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and module failed is storport.sys which the BSOD only occurs when I get that exception dialog.
and the worst issue I am having right now is my computer's disk is constantly at 100% which is causing my computer to hang I can't launch any programs without it locking up and if I wait enough time say about 5 mins without trying to open any programs it will hang. Last time I received the exception dialog was last night in which I received the BSOD today when I went to get on the computer after the computer hung in which it froze on the BSOD screen cause I was waiting 10 minutes on the BSOD screen where it stood at 100% the whole time without restarting. I tried to get into safe mode with no luck because the system will get hung and lockup. All I did last night was clean my temporary files at the %temp% folder and clean out my desktop. I do not have any virus protection installed besides Windows firewall and Fast Startup is turned off on both my BIOS and Control Panel. But I know for sure my computer is not infected with any viruses. I can provide more information on any of the issues listed in this post if needed.
On Windows 10, if applications keep crashing or they're running very slowly, or you're experiencing weird things, such as random reboots, freezes, or sudden Blue Screens of Death (BSOD), it could be difficult to pinpoint the root of the problem because it could be a software or hardware-related issue.
However, usually, the memory is the first thing you want to check. This is because if it's a problem with one of the modules, you'll need to take care of the issue quickly, as it cannot only cause your computer to misbehave, but a bad memory module can also corrupt files, which is not a good thing.

While there are a number of tools you can download off the internet, Windows 10 includes its own Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check if your computer has memory problems.
In this Windows 10 guide, we walk you through the steps to use the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to find out if you have a faulty memory stick.
How to diagnose memory problems on Windows 10
Using these steps requires you to restart your computer, so make sure to save any files you may have open and close any running applications before proceeding. Here goes:
Once your computer reboots, it will start in the Windows Memory Diagnostics environment, and the tests will kick in the Standard mode right away. In this mode, the tool will run all the scans available in the Basic mode, in addition to LRAND, Stride6 (cache enabled), CHCKR3, WMATS+, and WINVC tests.
You can simply let the Standard mode test your computer's memory, or you can also press the F1 key at any time to open the Windows Memory Diagnostic page to change the scan options.
On the options page, you can change the scan mode to Basic, which runs the MATS+, INVC, and SCHCKR (cache enabled) tests.
Or you can also select the Extended mode, which includes every test available using Standard mode, plus MATS+ (cache disabled), Stride38, WSCHCKR, WStride-6, CHCKR4, WCHCKR3, ERAND, Stride6 (cache disabled), and CHCKR8.

In addition, you can also set a number of times the scan will be repeated to test your system's memory modules.
After you're done selecting your options, just press the F10 key to go back to the main page, and the scan will restart automatically.
Checking test results
While you can see the status during the scan process, as soon as the test completes your computer will restart automatically, and you'll need to use the Event Viewer to see the test results to find out if you have a bad RAM module.
If the result shows one or more errors, you can try running an extended memory test, and recheck the results. If you continue to see at least one error, one of the RAM modules probably has problems, and it may need to be replaced. Modern indian history by bl grover pdf download software.
Sometimes, when the test fails, the tool will be able to indicate which module has the problem with the results. However, if it's unable to provide that information, you may need to remove and test each memory module until you find out the one that is faulty.
Although we're focusing this guide on Windows 10, the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool has been available for years, which means that you can also use it on previous versions, including Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.
